Analog Film Wedding in Falsterbo

Wedding in Sweeden

Isabelle and Jakob celebrated their analog wedding in Falsterbo, a quiet seaside town in southern Sweden known for its soft light, dunes and minimalist Scandinavian atmosphere. The entire wedding was photographed 100% on analog film, creating images that feel honest, emotional and timeless.

From the beginning of the day, the mood was calm and intentional. Falsterbo’s gentle natural light paired perfectly with film photography, enhancing the simplicity and elegance of the surroundings. Isabelle got ready in a bright Scandinavian home filled with natural textures and clean lines, while Jakob prepared nearby, sharing relaxed and intimate moments with close family and friends.

The ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by sand dunes and ocean air. The simplicity of the setting allowed emotion and human connection to take center stage, without distractions. Shooting exclusively on film encouraged a slower, more thoughtful approach, where every frame was captured with intention.

As the day unfolded, we documented quiet moments, movement and genuine interactions using only 35mm and medium format film. Later, portraits were taken among the dunes and pine forests, where Scandinavian light and landscape created a cinematic and editorial feel.

Isabelle and Jakob’s analog wedding is a celebration of simplicity, emotion and authenticity. A wedding where film photography doesn’t just document the day, but elevates it — creating memories that feel warm, tactile and deeply timeless.
